We are following all provincial recommendations under Section 67 of The Public Health Act dated March 30th. We will continue to provide the following essential services:
SUPPLY TO PROVINCIAL ESSENTIAL SERVICES & ORGANIZATIONS
The Public Health Act (Section 67) - Schedule - Subsection 1 (a)
A business that provides another business listed in the schedule with goods or services necessary for the business to operate, including transportation and logistics management relating to those goods or services;
WHOLESALE & RETAIL SUPPLY OF FOOD, GROCERY, CONVENIENCE GOODS AND HEALTH FOOD ITEMS
The Public Health Act (Section 67) - Schedule - Subsection 2
A business that provides, either by wholesale or by retail sale, food or household consumer goods necessary for the safety, sanitation or operation of residences and business. Such a business includes a grocery store, butcher shop, bakery, market, hardware store and any other similar wholesale or retail business.
PARCEL SAFE DROP PROGRAM FOR SURROUNDING COMMUNITY
The Public Health Act (Section 67) - Schedule - Subsection 63
A business that provides mailing, shipping, courier or delivery services, including post office boxes.
