We have adjusted our delivery standards to better reflect expected delivery times, however service may not be consistent. Some items may be delivered 7 to 10 days beyond published delivery standards. CUSTOMS & DUTIES ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WILL YOU SHIP ANY SUPPLEMENT TO ANY COUNTRY?

We will ship almost any product on GorillaJack.com to any country! It is impossible for us to keep up with all the regulations/laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not in your country. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Gorilla Jack cannot control any customs or import duties/fees applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Gorilla Jack cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.


HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS HANDLED

We will do our best to follow the exact instructions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We have to be truthful on the customs declaration - we cannot mark the shipment as a gift or devalue the value of the package for customs purposes. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IF THE PACKAGE IS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?

It is impossible for us to keep up with all the regulations/laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not in your country prior to placing your order. Gorilla Jack is not responsible for any packages that have been seized by your local customs officials. In the event of a customs seizure you will not be entitled to a refund as it is your responsibility to check with local authorities to see if the items you ordered are allowed to be imported into your country.

WHAT HAPPENS TO REFUSED PACKAGES?

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to GORILLA JACK. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR PACKAGES?

We understand that you might not be home to sign or collect your parcel and a signature may not always be required for delivery. If this is the case, the couriers may leave your parcel in a safe and secure mailbox or they will simply leave a calling card. The calling card will include details of your package, which will inform you that your parcel has been returned back to your local depot, upon which you will then be able to contact them to arrange collection or to reschedule a new delivery date.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ITEM /SHIPPING ADDRESS - WHAT DO I DO?

We’re really quick with processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click ‘Confirm & Pay’, but after this point, you will be unable to make any changes or amendments to your order, as our warehouse team will have already started processing and preparing your order for delivery.

Once your order is being processed, there is nothing we can do to amend the items or the shipping address which was provided. If you have entered the incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided us with, as they will be the ones to receive your package. If this address does not exist, it will simply make its way back to our facility, upon which receiving, we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address.

If you have entered any incorrect details for your order and it has already been fulfilled and processed from our facility, your order cannot be canceled after this point, as it is already well and truly on it's way to your destination. Once you receive your order, if you still require changes to be made to your order, you will need to contact us so that we may inform you with the next steps in order to return your item(s) for a replacement.

We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Gorilla Jack also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.

Yes, we do deliver to PO Box Addresses for International orders.
